What happens to my unused credits?

Our monthly plans include a batch of credits you can use during your monthly plan period. Your unused credits will roll over to the following period as long as you have an active plan. When your monthly plan renews, your current credit balance will be added to the new batch of credits you receive according to your current plan.

If you cancel your plan, all rollover credits expire immediately, and only the current cycle’s credits remain available until the end of your current billing cycle.
