Some of my photo were tagged as “unsupported”. What does it mean?
Our platform requires the original photo to include a person wearing the clothes presented, i.e. on-model photos. Please see example below:
This allows us to generate photo realistic results, while keeping the item's original look true to reality.
We're planning on releasing an early beta supporting flat-lays and packshots of T-shirts and Sweatshirts only later this year.
Any unsupported photos won't count against your credit balance and you will be able to use them again with on-model photos.
