Can I make changes to my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Upgrade/downgrade: simply click the “upgrade/downgrade” button under the plan you wish to switch to
- Cancel: Click the “Cancel Subscription” link at the bottom of your current plan’s description. We don’t offer refunds upon cancellation and if you cancel your plan you will still have access to the Botika platform until the end of your plan’s billing cycle.
- Pro-rata remaining days = # of days remaining in the current billing cycle / # of total days in the billing cycle
- Pro-rata rate charged = price of higher plan * pro-rata remaining days
- Once you’re charged the Pro-rata rate, you will receive the relative amount of credits based on the higher plan, until the next billing cycle.
